Through generous donations from individuals, sponsors and local churches, Love Network of Baytown offers services to residents in Baytown, Highlands, and Mont Belvieu in the area codes 77520, 77521, 77523, 77562, 77580. Clients are interviewed through needs and qualification assessments.
Required documentation may be requested for services.

Our Services
Rent Assistance
Currently we are offering 2 different rental assistance programs:
* $200 - One-time help if there were extenuating circumstances that caused a short check.
Complete the Rental Assistance Application & Client Intake Form for consideration.
* Up to $900 through the City of Baytown CDBG-CV program that is available to those living within the city limits and had substantial impact due to COVID-19 income loss.

Food Assistance
Love Network partners with many local pantries, food banks and retailers to provide a referral list of open and available food assistance sites. We verify client need and connect the client with the appropriate assistance based on that need.
"Homeless bags" and Family Bags of food are given to those on the street in need of a small sustenance.

Work-related Needs
Providing assistance with job related clothing and shoes.
Women Work by Love Network of Baytown, a non-profit workforce development and clothing closet for women that want to get back into the workforce - Opening Soon!
Hygiene Products
We provide hygiene bags for people most in need.
Baby Supplies
Assistance with baby products such as diapers and wipes.
Prescriptions
Prescription assistance through a partnered pharmacy.
Utilities Assistance
$100 - One-time help if there were extenuating circumstances that caused a short check.
Complete the Utility Assistance Application & Client Intake Form for consideration.
Gas/Transportation Assistance
Providing gas or public transportation assistance for verifiable employment start, bridging the gap before the first paycheck and documented medical appointments.
We have also partnered with the City of Baytown to provide transportation to medical appointments if you are a City of Baytown resident and are elderly or disabled and living in poverty.
Hands of the Carpenter
This programs assists the elderly and disabled with minor home repairs.
Volunteers do the work while funding is spent on materials. No emergency repairs as we are on a volunteer schedule and projects take time.
Referrals
We collaborate with many agencies across our area to provide referrals for services we do not offer.

Saul Molina
A recipient of our Hands of the Carpenter program. He was in need of wheelchair access for his backyard storage. In partnership with U.M. ARMY, City of Baytown, and volunteers from St. Mark's United Methodist Church, we were able to build him a ramp.
